darrell74's picks, tonight Memorial Day 09

5/25/2009 3:35:00 PM by darrell74
Nuggets -4.5 6 units Got nothing good to say, just like the Nuggs

Tigers -123 4 units
Verlander one of the hottest pitchers in baseball, may go 8-9 innings

Tigers -1 1/2 +130 1 unit
bully blows it for Meche
I can see Tiger bats exploiting bully on the road in a run line

Rangers -113 3 units
Best team in baseball (gambling world) +$1010
Harrison 4-5, last 5, has great command, lately
Texas 14-6 vs. lefties

Rangers -1 1/2 + 150 1 unit
Hughes has 7+ era
Harrison 4+ era
Rang destroyed Stros, Yanks humbled by Phills
Rangers are a better team, right now
Warning! Ranger pitching is not the joke it was in the past few years

Dodgers +129 1 unit
De La Rosa 0-4/Stults 4-1
This make Dodgers a live dog

Astros -107 1 unit
I love Wandy, pronounced Wondy
In my fave 5
top 5 whip, top 5 era

thoughts?

Tigers -145

5/23/2009 12:10:00 PM by darrell74
Tigers win 7 in a row
1st place by 4

Rockies start Jason Marquis
threw a gem, last start in the ATL

Gallaraga, ice cold for the Tigers
Bonderman was seen in the dugout, last night
means: D-train or Gallaraga looking to get optioned down to AAA

Gallaraga will have to get out of his cold streak, if he wants to keep his job

I find this game interesting, because if it wasn't for the Tigers I'd be down huge, this week: last night's play:
Wager Type: Money Line Wager Status:WinRisk / To Win Amount:
xxxxxx / xxxxxx (USD) Accepted 5/22/2009 11:47:20 AM - PST
Amount Paid: xxxxxx Sport / Period:MLB Baseball / Game Line

Detroit Tigers 5/22/2009 7:05 PM - (EST)
-143
Pitchers:U. Jimenez - R - Must Pitch R. Porcello - R - Must Pitch

So, I have a little dilemma, on who to play.
Keep riding the Tigers, despite Armando's funk.

Most likely, I'll go with the kitties to bail me out of a crap day on my other bets

Been offline, now I'm back

Wanted to write this too myself, more than anything.

09Feb, been staying with my friends for about two months.

Got my apartment robbed of everything, and now I'm starting over.

Put $200 into Brandon Lang's Super Bowl pick, and won. First bet, I made since getting robbed. I didn't feel right about gambling, while I stayed with my friends. Now that I got surpluss$, again (recreational $), enough $ to pay the bills and the people I'm living with, I can gamble, again.

I love reading the other posts, on this forum. It makes me laugh, and it makes me enjoy the hell out of gambling.
